Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. While we don't require items to be physically mailed back, we stand behind every order and will make it right if something goes wrong.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video showing the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement or full refund — no need to mail anything back.
Non-Delivery
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us. Please note: if tracking confirms delivery, a refund can only be issued with official proof of non-delivery from your local postal service.
If tracking shows your order as lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate a replacement or refund.
What's Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders where tracking confirms successful delivery (without official non-delivery proof)
- Minor packaging damage where the product itself is undamaged and functions correctly
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Timeline
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
